Stacey Weniger
President
Stacey Weniger is the founder and President of Sentinel Construction, a woman and minority owned company. Sentinel Construction was founded on the idea of being more than just a general contractor. Instead of singularly focusing on just the construction of commercial properties, Sentinel provides property owners with a complete consultative approach throughout the project’s lifecycle. Sentinel partners with Owner's from project conception and helps guide them through the entire pre-development, design, estimating and construction process. Stacey believes that Sentinel’s success has been driven by fully integrating Sentinel into property owners’ teams and making sure all team members succeed.
Prior to starting Sentinel, Stacey spent 16 years on the finance side of commercial real estate. She was involved in over $3B of commercial real estate transactions, between financing the construction or repositioning of assets and managing portfolios of assets. She earned a BBA in Finance from Texas State University and a MBA from Texas A&M University – Commerce.
Stacey serves on the Board of Directors for RIDC, Regional Industrial Development Corporation and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. She is a member of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Urban Land Institute and CREW Pittsburgh. She was formerly on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the YWCA - Pittsburgh.
